No checks will be accepted for payment.
No refunds will be given after registration deadline. 
No walk-ins and no registration payments accepted at the door.

will accompany the meals.

$10 for 15 Tickets
Purchasing raffle tickets in advance is suggested. 
All tickets sold at the dinner will increase to $1 per ticket.

$10 for 15 Tickets
Purchasing raffle tickets in advance is suggested. 
All tickets sold at the dinner will increase to $1 per ticket.

Full Page - $100 (5" wide x 8" high)

Cost is $25 per table. 

Vendors will be limited to one per category of business. 
Vendor table set-up begins at 4:45pm.

Chapter Baskets:

Each chapter is requested to donate a basket for the silent auction.  Additionally, any member can donate a basket.  Baskets can be delivered at the Chapter Rep/Board meeting on April 12.  Baskets delivered the day of the dinner are requested to arrive by 5:15pm.  Or contact Danielle Marra at drdlm2000@aol.com to make other arrangements to get the basket to the Murrysville Chapter.
