Regular Registration (April 16th – April 20th) – $65 for Members and Guests

Chicken Piccata – boneless breast in lemon and white wine sauce with capers
English Style Baked Cod Loin with butter and breadcrumbs with lemon beurre blanc
Vegetarian: Seared cauliflower with smokey chickpeas, toasted pinenuts, lemon tahini sauce and red pepper hummus
