Online registration and prepayment is mandatory.
No checks will be accepted for payment.
No refunds will be given after registration deadline. 
No walk-ins and no registration payments accepted at the door.

Half-Hour Welcome Reception
Fresh Fruit & Cheese Appetzers

Dinner
Spring Mix Salad, Chicken Picatta with Roasted Red Bliss Potatoes
and Chef's Choice Vegetable with Crème Brulee for dessert.


Entrees are served accompanied by fresh baked rolls and hot or cold beverage.
A Cash Bar will be available.

Chapter Basket Raffle Tickets Online Price:

$10 for 15 Tickets
Purchasing raffle tickets in advance is suggested. 
All tickets sold at the dinner will be $1 per ticket.

50/50 Raffle Tickets Online Price:

$10 for 15 Tickets
Purchasing raffle tickets in advance is suggested. 
All tickets sold at the dinner will be $1 per ticket.

** Must be registered to attend the event in order to purchase 50/50 Tickets and Raffle Tickets. **
Winners need not be present to win, however arrangements should be made to pick up your basket. 
For the 50/50 Drawing, a check will be mailed to the winner if not present.

Limited Number of Vendor Tables

Cost is $25 per table.

Register your request for a Vendor Table online during the event registration process.

Vendors will be limited to ONE per category.  The online registration and request for the table will qualify you to be considered for the table. 

You will be notified within 48 hours if you are the first to represent your category.
Vendor table set-up begins at 4:40pm.

Table Sponsor (Online Orders Only):

Cost is $40 per table.

Feature your business to the members and guests seated at your table.  You may provide handouts. Literature at each place setting of your sponsored table.
You also will receive a business card sized ad in the event program booklet.

Chapter Baskets:

Each chapter is requested to donate a basket for the chinese auction.  Baskets can be delivered at the Chapter Rep/Board meeting on Tuesday, April 10, 2018.
