$45 for Gala Registration and dinner.
$100 for Table Sponsorship.
Includes: Distribute premiums as desired to attendees seated at dinner table (provided by sponsor).

$55 for Gala Registration and dinner.
$35 for Table Sponsorship.
Includes: 1 draped Exhibit Table, electricity not included. Set-up is 4:00-5:00pm on Nov. 7.
